Adecco are currently looking for an IT Technician for one of our clients based in Port Talbot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join an industry-leading manufacturer, who has been operating for over 100 years and are continuing to go from strength to strength even in the current climate.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is hard working, full of enthusiasm and willing to learn, and able to adapt to their unique culture.

Duties will include;

• Installing and maintaining software and hardware systems
• Setting up and assigning new users to equipment (including password resets)
• Installing anti-virus software and educating staff on best practice regarding online security
• Configuring computer networks
• having good diagnostic skills will be required, as technical problems will need to be resolved both onsite and remotely.

The ideal candidate will have experience with;

• HTML
• CSS
• Java Script
• PHP – not essential
• C# – not essential
