From of House Assistant Birmingham, B19 £22,500. Your new company. Your new employer is a student accommodation provider across the UK. They have a substantial growth plans over upcoming years and are looking for an experienced Front of House Assistant to join their team in Birmingham.
Your new role. As a Front of House Assistant you will be first point of contact for residents as well as other stakeholders, including parents, suppliers and contractors. You will be responsible for delivering a customer first service, assisting with complaints, tracking breaches of code of conduct, , supervising maintenance operations as well as housekeeping. You will be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards, as well as assisting with Sales and Marketing initiatives to ensure high capacity levels.
What you’ll need to succeed. To be successful, you must have front of house experience working in a fast paced environment. You must have experience carrying out administrative duties and be comfortable in a reactive sales position involving responsibilities such as show rounds. You must be confident and observant by nature.
