This is a short term temporary contract to commence immediately, on an ongoing basis. Working hours are 8:30am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday (term time only). Your duties will be. Registering on SIMS database.

Providing first point of contact for all incoming calls and ensuring they are answered in a timely and professional manner. Updating student attendance. Booking meeting rooms when required. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.

Support school events, including school photos, and assist as required. Responsible for managing the collation, ordering and receipting of School StationerySkills Required. Previous Reception experience. SIMS experience.
