BardWood Support Services a successful recruitment company to the FM industry have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. Based in the head office in Wickford Essex, an opportunity has arisen for a trainee recruitment account manager, the position entails working as part of a team, maintaining and growing established client relationships. The ideal candidate would have previous experience working in an office-based environment, who is looking to start their career in recruitment and grow with the team. Days: Monday to Friday.
Hours: 0830-1730. Salary: POA. Start: November. Location: Wickford, Essex.
Duties. To ensure clients are fully satisfied with the service provided. Assist Senior account manager to ensure recruitment targets are met to achieve service delivery for all existing and new clients. Ensure performance indicators are constantly maintained and improved.
To report to Senior account manager. Develop and maintain key customer relationships. Maintain and promote the reputation of the company. Efficient and effective deployment of employees with regard to client needs.
All employees to receive relevant training for their role. To comply with Statutory/Company requirements. Maintain / promote company vision and values. In liaison with HR Manager ensure employee issues are dealt with according to Company Policy.
To work to the Quality Procedures and to the recognised Industry standards. Support the company with any projects as required. Requirements. Previous experience working in an office.
