We call this: Total Talent Management. The Role. We are looking for an apprentice Help Desk Specialist to provide first line support to all staff in an efficient and accurate manner.

You will be considered as the firm’s front liner by solving basic technical problems and providing support for all technology platforms. The goal is to make sure that the company continues to grow using technology at the forefront of delivery. The Responsibilities. Provide first level contact and deliver resolutions to user issues.

Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support. Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources. Update customer data and produce activity reports. Walk users through problem solving process.

Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution. Utilise excellent communication skills and exceed users expectations. Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure. Recommended procedure modifications or improvements.

Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services. Deliver project initiatives. Work with Business Intelligence team to analyse and process data files. Manage and participate in Company projects To process inbound “Right of” requests in line with BPS Worlds Responsible Data Management Policy and the Data Protection Regulation 2018.

To, always follow the Responsible Data Management Policy in all tasks where data processing is actionable. Experience and Qualifications. High computer literacy skills. A minimum 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths & English.

UK driving licence desirable. Experience in working within a sales or customer services environment. This role offers an immediate interview and start so please apply …
