Junior Freight Forwarding Sales Assistant

This is a brand-new opportunity to work for this growing freight forwarding business.  This role will be to report into the Senior Telesales Agent and have full training in this role, and be responsible for: –

  • Liaising with customers and getting them the best prices and quotes for freight forwarding services
  • Selling freight services to customers over the phone
  • Entering customer data onto the system

To apply you will ideally be: –

  • A college or school leaver, looking for a career in freight forwarding.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner the ability to prioritise your workload.
  • Good IT skills in MS office and quick to pick up new systems.
