Murray Recruitment are working with an Social Housing Contractor who have a new opportunity available for an Electrician Supervisor based in Falkirk.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for supervising install teams on-site.

Duties:

• Ensure regular spot checks are carried out on-site to enforce all electrical installations meeting regulations and the standards required by the regulatory body. 
• Responsible for electrical compliance including checking and signing off all electrical certificates.
• Carry out post job inspections on all addresses to ensure all works meet company standards and SELECT/ NICEIC regulations.
• Manage on-site operations on a day-to-day basis ensuring operatives are working efficiently and have the correct materials, plant, PPE and equipment to carry out works.
• Liaise with the Store Person/ Buyer
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Ensure all appropriate documentation is returned to the client within specified timescales.
• Ensure all appropriate documentation is collected from the client within specified timescales.
• Provide reports regarding conformance and standard of work to the Contracts Manager 
• Become part of an electrical squad where you will be responsible for carrying out works.

Qualifications:

• Experienced Electrician Supervisor working within domestic property services environment
• City and Guilds electrical supervisor
• BS7671 18th Ed
• Must have completed an electrical apprenticeship and can evidence this 
• City & Guilds – Electrical Engineering
• Experienced dealing with all types of electrical installation work, within the services sector.
• Ability to record work accurately on work sheets and computer-based systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.
• Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and its application within role.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.

• Salary £37,500 per annum
