Working as part of team to utilise a variety of communication & marketing skills and platforms to achieve student satisfaction and student recruitment numbers

Client Details

A very high profile UK university with campuses in London


Core duties include:

– Acting as a point of contact for the University

– Helping to acknowledge & resolve queries of stakeholders, students and customers

– Utilisation of social media (including emails, social media platforms and SMS platforms) to acknowledge and manage enquiries

– General administrative/marketing administrative duties including outreach, recruitment and retention of students

– Making outbound calls to both current and future students


The successful will be able to demonstrate a background in:

– Customer facing & customer focused roles (including but not limited to Airports, Travel, Retail and Hospitality sectors)

– Knowledge of a CRM system is advantageous

– Please be advised this role is unable to consider support sponsorship
