Are you a qualified Plumbing Engineer with commercial experience? Are you looking for a company to offer up skilling and training?
Randstad CPE Facilities Management division are working with a well-renowned facilities management company, who are seeking an experienced Mobile Commercial Plumbing Engineer who has experience working within commercial environments, carrying out all areas of maintenance and minor remedial tasks within existing Facilities Management contracts.
This is a full time and permanent opportunity based at a static site in Boston Spa.
Package includes:
- Competitive salary up to £35,000
- Overtime available
- Core hours Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

Main duties will include:
- Maintenance and troubleshoot the mechanical elements of site
- Apply engineering techniques and experience to minimise equipment downtime
- Ensures compliance to relevant electrical, mechanical, safety and regulatory standards
- Updates SAP and written maintenance records·
- Provides machine familiarisation and basic maintenance training for operators·
- Basic computer skill including excel & Word
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification that ensures the successful candidate is fully competent and understands the works involved in the job role
- Must hold a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
- Experience working within FM or the building maintenance industry
- On-site subsidised cafeteria
- On-site parking
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
