In this HR position, you will provide day-to-day operational and tactical advice and solutions to line managers and staff on HR policies and processes. You can expect to take on Employee Relations (ER) casework across the company and get involved with exciting project work.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do as Junior HR Business Partner:

• Advise Directors, Managers and staff on Human Resource policies, procedures and practices
• Provide specialist and risk-based advice on implementing all employee relations queries, including but not limited to grievance, disciplinary, capability, and performance procedures
• Provide coaching, mentoring and support to the HR Advisors in providing first-line support on any HR-related queries
• Manage a variety of projects ranging from updating policies following legislative changes to business change projects such as restructures, supporting the implementation of organisation-wide people initiatives, such as wellbeing projects
