We are looking to hire a hardworking, motivated trainee to join our team!

On offer is the opportunity to join a young, dynamic team with exciting expansion plans for 2022 and beyond. Working alongside our experienced Directors and Consultants, you will be working with lawyers from around the world in finding their dream roles with some of the world’s leading legal brands.

We offer a competitive commission structure, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission from day 1. In addition, our trainees and consultants receive additional benefits including an extra day off for their birthday, shopping/holiday vouchers, activity days, trips and team lunches/ nights out.

You will receive comprehensive training as part of our induction programme, as well as ongoing on-the-job training and mentoring. You won’t just be another number and we are invested in supporting our trainees and consultants to develop the skills they need to succeed and build a solid career within the company. There are opportunities to take your career in whichever direction best suits you, whether that’s working independently or going on to manage your own team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful and willing to take initiative. Previous recruitment experience is not required, although some office-based work experience would be beneficial.
