Synopsis
The film’s main protagonist is a small farmer named Chand Singh, played by Surender, Who is facing the failure of the narma crop (cotton) because of sub-standard seeds that the farmers were forced to buy.
After several attempts to reach the Sub-Divisional Magistrate to get the compensation for damaged crop fails, Chand Singh meets a girl, who is also harassed by the system.
She tells him that to be heard he needs to make a noise and that’s how Chand reaches the water tank, the court as the film takes an interesting turn.

Rajeev Kumar has an eclectic background. He has been a theatre worker, television broadcaster, and professor.
He is currently working as a filmmaker. With Siri, he has combined his love for activism and filmmaking.
