Screening Ticket and Admission Terms
This page provides DESIblitz Film Fusion festival terms and conditions for screenings and admissions.
The DESIblitz Film Fusion Festival are the sole organisers of the screening and we would like everyone in attendance to enjoy their experience.

Please read the below terms relating to screening and subsequent admission policy for tickets purchased for the festival.
Tickets for Odeon Luxe Screenings
- All tickets can only be purchased via this site. ODEON is not the organiser of this event and therefore is not responsible for ticket sales or enquires – be it online, via phone or at the venue.
- Seating is unallocated for all tickets purchased. Hence, the selection of seating is on a first come first serve basis.
- Any tickets purchased via this website for the screening are non-refundable, providing the screening goes ahead as planned.
- The purchase of a ticket entitles access to watch the film at the stated time and date.
- Anyone with a ticket must not resell or offer for resale. Tickets cannot be used for advertising, promotions or for any other trade intentions. A ticket will be invalid if anyone tries to resell or offers for resale.
- Anyone with a ticket is responsible to check it carefully as the festival team is under no obligation to rectify mistakes after the purchase of tickets The festival team is not obliged to replace any lost or stolen tickets.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded if there is an admission policy breach.
- We aim to ensure that the film screening takes place in accordance with the festival programme schedule. However, we reserve the right to cancel a film or replace it with an alternative film if this becomes necessary because of circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will, at our discretion, refund the price of the ticket minus any booking or credit card fees incurred.
TICKETS FOR Midlands Arts Centre (MAC) SCREENINGS
- Tickets for a MAC screening will be available to purchase directly from the MAC website.
- MAC terms and conditions apply to the ticket and screening.
ADMISSION
- As per English law, we can refuse admission for a festival screening to anyone who is below or appears to be below the minimum age required according to the relevant certification issued by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or Birmingham City Council.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone in the following scenarios:
· If there is a safety risk to others
· If anyone appears to be under the influence of alcohol or is behaving in an aggressive or anti-social manner. Please be aware CCTV is in operation at the venue for crime prevention and public safety purposes.
· If anyone is smoking at the venue.
· If anyone brings recording equipment into the screening hall with the intention to record the film. - It is illegal to record during the film screening. Anyone making such a recording will be removed from the screening hall and can be arrested and prosecuted.
- The festival team cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Hence, please take care of them at all times.
- Please ensure that your mobile phones are switched off (preferable) or silent at all times.
- Pets are not permitted for this screening.
