Former Miss India USA, Tania Mehra, has been distraught with her bad nose job, until the surgeons on reality TV show, Botched, gave her the much-needed fix.
“I was Miss India in 2011, but now people refer to me as pig nose.”
Tania Mehra, crowned Miss India USA in 2011, begged plastic surgeons to fix a bad nose job that she got under the pressure of her ex-boyfriend.
She was distraught that the operation – rhinoplasty – left her with enormous nostrils. Her new look led her family to nickname her ‘pig nose’.
Tania decided to have plastic surgery on her nose, because her former lover did not like her nose and referred her to a doctor who gave his mother a boob job.
Though the couple broke up the night before the surgery, Tania went ahead with the procedure in hopes of winning back her boyfriend.
But her plan went horribly wrong and the aspiring actress cried when her doctor revealed the botched result.
The 33-year-old model lamented: “I was Miss India in 2011, but now people refer to me as pig nose.”
Thankfully, she found a life-line in reality TV show, Botched, earlier in 2015. She asked doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow to rectify the mistake she made seven years ago.
Dr Dubrow said: “The last thing you want a patient to do is do surgery not for themselves, but for somebody else.”
The surgeons were able to fix the botched procedure by lengthening her nose and lowering her nostrils. Tania was very grateful for the result, saying: “I am getting used to my new nose. It is like art sculpted to perfection on my face.”
Her mother flew to see her in California and was as thrilled as her daughter at the result. She even agreed to stop calling her ‘pig nose’!
The sexy Desi model has already been featured in Maxim magazine among many others. With a new and beautiful nose, Tania will be ready to continue her career at full throttle!
