With its edgy style and yellow on black tones, this lawn suit is a bold statement
Sifona has launched a stunning Lawn Collection for Spring/Summer, the Digital Print Embroidered Lawn Collection 2016.
Established as a leading textile house in Pakistan Sifona’s Spring and Summer collection is available nationwide and caters to the modern Pakistani woman with feminine cuts and vibrant digital embroidered prints.
The collection is best described as having ‘uber-feminine aesthetic and style sensibilities’. Sifona is a high street brand based in Karachi that offers high quality clothing.
The unstitched Lawn collection mixes digitally printed embroidered lawn with organza fabric and a chiffon dupatta.
The Lawn shalwar kameez consists of a three-piece suit with 12 distinct designs, all designed to accommodate the latest fashion styles. Bold colour and prints are a big trend for summer 2016 and the lawn ensemble features the highest quality embroidery:
“The capsule includes three-piece digital printed embroidered lawn in latest fashion styles in twelve distinct designs; some pieces embellished with intricate embroidery and paired with printed chiffon dupattas.”
With different cuts, styles, colours and materials there is something for everyone in this collection.
One of the outfits from the collection is a beautiful patterned salwar kameez with chiffon sleeves.
It isn’t your usual tailored salwar kameez, as this style has a baggy sleeve and a fitted waist cinched by a delicate belt, creating a butterfly effect. It is deeply embellished and has great detail with its multicoloured embroidery.
The printed trousers to this salwar kameez are tailored, with a net embroidered finish near the ankle area. The colours come together to form an elegant Spring and Summer look.
Another look to the Lawn Collection which proves its statement for Spring and Summer is this black and yellow printed number. With its edgy style and yellow on black tones, this lawn suit is a bold statement.
The trousers are straight legged and the dupatta is made of a lightweight chiffon material, and contrasts nicely to the black kameez fabric.
The cut of this salwar kameez is also different and fun. The cut out shoulder and arm detail adds a quirky style to the outfit.
The fabric has different textures. The shoulder detail is made out of a yellow lace, adding a sophisticated finish to the outfit.
Another style from this collection but with a kick of colour is this bright red number. This coral/red coloured salwar with fitted trousers is the perfect match for summer.
The top has embroidered organza detail around the chest area and has full length sleeves. The bottom of the kameez has tassels, adding detail. The top is finished off with an overcoat, made of chiffon.
The dupatta is lightweight and made of a chiffon material.
The trousers are detailed along with the top, there is button detail added from mid leg going down towards the ankle.
Below is another design from the collection, a colourful and vibrant piece to accompany Spring and Summer. The kameez has lace detail around the top with a lightweight chiffon scarf.
The style and cut of the outfit is different, and can be tailored with a shorter top above the belly button.
Different textures of fabric contributes to its unique style.
For those looking for a more exciting summer ensemble, this lively lawn suit mixes purple, yellow and cool green tones for a stand-out look.
The block print chiffon duppata is a nice contrast to the intricate embroidery of the green kameez, which is matched with yellow printed trousers.
Nadeem Polani, CEO of Sifona, says: “The design philosophy behind Sifona is to allow every woman to embrace her femininity and feel stylish. We hope to get a positive response from our customers to this collection.”
