Miss Pooja UK Extravaganza 2008
Miss Pooja, Geeta Zaildar, Surinder Shinda and others will now definitely be performing on the 27th December 2008 (Ilford) and 31st December 2008 (Birmingham).
Recently, DESIblitz was contacted by the promoters notifying us of all shows as being cancelled but after mutual negotiations between the promoters, venues and artists, these two shows are now NOT cancelled.
So, eager fans of Miss Pooja will be entertained exclusively on these nights by the Punjabi Queen of Duets and other stars as originally agreed for these concerts.
The promoters, A.S. Sandhu and Ambi Bilga Promotions, have informed us that format of the shows has been modified with two major changes as follows:
- The shows are not ‘dinner and dance’ shows but pure live music entertainment nights.
- All tickets will be now at a single flat price of £25 (including any booking fees where applicable).
The dates and venues for the Miss Pooja Extravaganza 2008 shows are as follows:
- 24th December 2008 Christmas Eve - Platinum Suite, LEICESTER - CANCELLED
- 26th December 2008 Boxing Day - The Centre, SLOUGH - CANCELLED
- 27th December 2008 Christmas Saturday - The Coliseum, ILFORD.
- 31st December 2008 New Year’s Eve - The New Bingley Hall, BIRMINGHAM
The 27th December Ilford show will only feature H. Dhami and he will not be joining the cast on the 31st December Birmingham show.

I’m miss pooja fan but not surprised the shows are cancelled. She does have a habit of not showing up or taking up a better offer. Miss Pooja - you are not being fair!

The doors open at 7 pm and it finishes at 1 pm so Miss Pooja should be there at around 8pm, im sure Miss Pooja should be around for most of the night she is the main event after all.

Yes there are no age limits, and as Dalvinder said above the miss pooja show starts at 7 pm and finishes around 1 am, so enjoy the New Years bash, lets just hope its miss pooja on stage when the clock strikes 12 and not ADH, Geeta Zaildar or another Desi singer lol!!
